Professionally, Mark is Associate Pro Vice-Chancellor at the University of Portsmouth where he has strategic and operational oversight for education partnerships. He works very closely with his partner FE colleges to widen participation and provide opportunities for students in those colleges and the wider community to access higher and degree level education. The University of Portsmouth is also an HKF sponsor and Mark and his institution’s commitment to supporting those with challenges in accessing higher education study is at the forefront of their work.
