HKF is delighted to be working with learndirect on an exciting joint venture to support Learning through Work students to achieve their potential through education.

If you are awarded a Learning through Work Award, you will receive a £500 bursary to spend on anything that you need to support you in your programme. You will also have the opportunity to take part in the mentoring and skills development programmes run by the Foundation.

Who can apply for a Learning through Work Award?

You can apply for an award if you are:

  • Studying for at least 40 credits on your Learning through Work programme
  • Experiencing financial hardship.

How do you apply?

To apply for a Learning through Work Award, you will need to have the support of your Learning through Work tutor who will help you with your application.

Please make sure that you meet the above criteria, before completing your application form, as applicants who do not meet these criteria will not be considered for an award.
